Sponsor DragonFire LAN
Greetings, potential DragonFire LAN Sponsor. We are always looking for sponsors to help us make our events as fun and exciting for our members as possible. We will be holding two events per year. The mnain event will be held in late summer. This will be our largest event that we will offer to our members, which will potentially reach 100 participants. We also plan on holding a smaller, 30-40 person LAN Party during the winter months as well. Below are our various sponsorship levels that we will be looking for:
- Participant / Team Sponsor: Sponsor which provides, through a contest, the entry fee for an event participant and/or team.
- Minor Event Sponsor: Sponsor which provides promotional items such as stickers, posters, lanyards …etc. to be placed in participant gift bags and/or door prizes.
- Minor Tournament Sponsor: Sponsor which provides small product samples valued less than $25 to be given to second and third place tournament winners.
- Major Singles Tournament Sponsor: Sponsor which provides product sample valued at $25-$100 for first place tournament winners.
- Major Team Tournament Sponsor: Sponsor which provides five of the same product sample valued at $25-$100 each.
- Major Event Sponsors: Sponsor which provides a significant cash contribution towards event operating costs and/or a product sample valued at greater than $150 to be awarded to individuals with the best record through all tournaments.
In return for sponsorship we will:
- Provide advertising space on our website.
- Post any marketing material at the event.
- Provide sponsor with event pictures that include their product and winners of prizes.
- Provide buttons for staff and volunteers to wear during event.
- Major sponsors may send XL shirts for our volunteers to wear during the event.
- Major sponsors may send hats for our staff to wear during the event.
- Major Event sponsors have the option of providing us with a company logo to be placed on the back side of DragonFire LAN Staff shirts, which will be worn event long.
We will, of course, be willing to review any other sponsorship agreements that you, as a potential sponsor, would be interested in.
